Progress in 2013 on Kunnmann Family Tree
This has been a successful year in some ways for the Kunnmann tree, but not so in others.
First the bad, there has been no progress pushing across the Atlantic. We know of Heinrich Kunnmann in the Cuxhaven area (nr. Hamburg) of Germany in about 1870. Perhaps his wife was Elizabeth. (Does anyone know more?)
They had four sons: Wilhelm (1897-1971), Ferdinand (1898-1968), John (1900- ), and Karl (1902-1939). They immigrated to the United States in the 1920s or 1930s. Wilhelm returned to and died in Germany (1971).
The KUNNMANN Family grew from Heinrich (1) to the four (4) brothers to at least 15 children in the next generation. This has grown much more in the 1950s and later.
The good news is that I now know much more about the next generation and will post more soon.
